Welcome to the Glowbom community! These terms (these "Terms") apply to your use of glowbom.com and any related websites or platforms, and all other online products and services (collectively, the "Service") of Glowbom, Inc. ("Glowbom," "we," "us" or "our").
If you access or use the Service, it means you agree to be bound by all of the terms below. Please read all of the terms before you use the Service. If a term does not make sense to you, please let us know. If you don't agree to all of the terms below, you may not use the Service. This Agreement is entered into between you and Glowbom, Inc. If you have been provided access to the Service through your relationship with a third-party company, you acknowledge that such company is not a party to this Agreement.
We encourage you to review the Terms regularly to know about our practices. We may change these Terms from time to time. For example, we may change these Terms if we come out with a new feature. If we make changes, we will let you know by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, provide you with additional notice (such as sending you an email notification). Any changes we make to these Terms will be effective when we post them. If you use the Service after we have posted the changed Terms, then you have accepted the changes to these Terms.

You may access Glowbom accounts through supported third-party sign-in providers, including Apple and Google. You represent and warrant that the information you provide in connection with your account is accurate, truthful, current, and complete, and you are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. If you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any Service security issue, please let us know as soon as possible. Glowbom, Inc. reserves the right to deny, deactivate, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Who Can Use It. Use of Glowbom by anyone under 13 years of age is prohibited. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you live or, if you are not, your parent or legal guardian must consent to these Terms of Service and affirm that they accept this Agreement on your behalf and bear responsibility for your use. If you are accepting these Terms of Service on behalf of someone else or an entity, you confirm that you have the legal authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.
Storing Your App Data. Glowbom uses local or device storage for parts of the experience. For signed-in users, Glowbom may also store one current generation in Glowbom cloud services to make it easier to continue your work, restore progress, or import and export across related Glowbom experiences. This saved current generation may be replaced or removed when you clear it, overwrite it, or save a newer one. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detail about how we collect, use, and share information.
AI Features and Providers. Glowbom, Glowby, and related features may use third-party AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, and others. The providers and models used by the Service may change over time. Third-party AI providers may have their own terms, policies, and billing rules, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with those materials when applicable.
AI Output Review. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your particular use case. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating outputs before relying on them or distributing them.
Related Glowbom Offerings. Glowbom projects may also be continued or made production-ready through Glowby OSS or through Glowbom Desktop. These offerings are part of the broader Glowbom ecosystem and provide additional local and Mac-based workflows. Certain related products, repositories, downloads, or programs may be governed by separate licenses, terms, or usage rules.
Pricing Transparency. Some Glowbom workflows may rely on optional third-party providers or user-chosen tools. Any charges imposed by those third-party providers are determined by those providers, not by Glowbom. Glowbom aims to keep its own pricing transparent and distinct from third-party provider costs.
You will not use the Glowbom Content or Glowbom Platform in connection with any Device or Application that is targeted to children under the age of thirteen (13).
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software. You do not have the right to sublicense the Service, download or modify any portion of the Service, or resell the Service. If you violate the Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate your license to the Service without notice.
We value our customers' satisfaction and are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within a reasonable period of time. Paddle is our primary billing provider for web subscriptions, and native subscriptions may be handled through the applicable app store or platform. Approved refunds may be reduced by non-refundable processor, network, platform, or similar retained fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the rules of the applicable billing provider or platform. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet our refund policy requirements or where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or other misuse of the Service.
